We are seeking responsible SIA Licensed House Sitters to manage luxury homes nationwide. In this role, you will be entrusted with the safety and security of the property, ensuring a smooth and well-maintained environment for the homeowners in their absence.


Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the security and upkeep of the property, including checking security systems and alarms.
  2. Manage any maintenance tasks, coordinating with contractors as necessary.
  3. Ensure the home is kept in pristine condition, including light cleaning and tidying.
  4. Act as the point of contact for any emergencies or issues that may arise during the absence of the homeowners.


Requirements:

  • Valid SIA License.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle urgent situations.
  • Experience in property management or security is a plus.
  • Professional and discreet with high-level integrity.
